Panelists-Seeking-Panelists Forum -- use this site to find other scholars to join your panel proposal!
SHAFR and the media occasionally record conference sessions for use in broadcast and electronic media. Presenters who do not wish for their session to be recorded may opt out when submitting a proposal to the Program Committee. An audience member who wishes to audiotape or videotape must obtain written permission of panelists. SHAFR is not responsible for unauthorized recording. SHAFR reserves the right to revoke the registration of anyone who records sessions without appropriate permissions.
If you have any questions about conference logistics, please contact Jennifer Walton, the Conference Coordinator, at email@example.com. If you have questions about the conference program, please contact the 2015 program committee co-chairs, Brooke Blower and Jason Colby, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration fees for the 2015 conference are $85 standard or $35 student, K-12 teacher, or adjunct faculty until June 1. On June 1 registration fees increase to $105 standard or $50 student, K-12 teacher, or adjunct faculty.
Please note a new policy for 2015: all participants on the program must be current SHAFR members. If you are on the conference program, you will be asked to provide your Subscriber Number as part of the registration process. Your Subscriber Number is available on your Diplomatic History or Passport mailing label, or online through Oxford University Press. If you need to renew your membership or you are not yet a member, please click here.
Registrants who are not participants on this year's program are not required to be SHAFR members, but we encourage you to check us out anyway!
If you wish to pay by check or money order, you can download and print a registration form here.
Online registration will be available here in early April!
