Fulbright Scholar Program: Opportunities in American History

The Fulbright Scholar Program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, is administered by CIES, a division of IIE.

The Fulbright Scholar Program offers teaching, research or combination teaching and research awards in over 125 countries for the 2017-2018 academic year. Opportunities are available for college and university faculty and administrators as well as for professionals, journalists, independent scholars and many others.

The Department of State announces the release of newly digitized versions of nineteen volumes from the Foreign Relations of the United States series, the official documentary record of U.S. foreign relations. These volumes cover events that took place between 1943 and 1948 and were originally published in print between 1957 and 1973:
