The deadline for receiving the conference rate is May 27, 2015. Please note that the hotel is required to honor the reduced rate until this date OR until all the rooms in the SHAFR block have been booked. The Renaissance Arlington Capital View conference block is now full for several of the nights during the conference. We have set up an overflow block at the Courtyard Marriott Crystal City/Reagan National Airport, across the street, at the same conference rate of $159/night plus tax. Again, the hotel is required to honor this reduced rate until May 27, 2015, OR until all the rooms in the SHAFR block have been booked, whichever comes first. You may book online here.
